Square Chain Jaali Design for Laser Cutting

This square chain jaali design is a tall rectangular panel for CNC and laser cutting, good for gates, partitions and balconies. It has rounded square rings linked together like a chain, with a solid border all around. The pattern repeats evenly, so it looks neat on a main gate, balcony railing, room partition, pooja room door or shop front.

It cuts well on 6mm or 9mm MDF board, plywood, acrylic sheet, and 1.5mm to 3mm MS or SS sheet. The best size is 2x4 feet or 3x6 feet, and it also works as a full gate panel. You can join two or three panels for a wider partition. The file is clean and ready for laser cutting and CNC cutting, with no broken lines.
