What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number and postal address (given when you sign up), your business name and GSTIN if you add them, your orders and downloads, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, which keep the site secure.
Why we collect it
To create your account and log you in, to process orders and send GST invoices, to deliver your files, to reply to support requests, and to stop fraud and file sharing. We send emails about your orders. We only send offers if you have not turned them off.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored by us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to that information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the shop: our hosting and database providers, Razorpay for payments, and our email provider for sending login codes and invoices. We never sell your information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your currency. They are needed for the site to work.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it is open. Invoices and order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (usually 8 years).

You can see and change your details on the My account page. To get a copy of your data or close your account, email support@outlinehub.co.
