Payment Policy

Accepted methods
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. In India we accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. International customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, and other cards supported by Razorpay.
Currency
Prices are shown in INR for customers in India and may be displayed in USD for others. International card payments are settled in INR at the rate applied by your card issuer; a small foreign-transaction fee may be charged by your bank.
Taxes
For Indian customers, prices include GST at the applicable rate, and a GST invoice is issued automatically with every order. Add your GSTIN to your profile before purchase if you want it on the invoice. For customers outside India, no Indian GST is charged; any local taxes are your responsibility.
Security
We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. All payment data is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Failed or pending payments
If a payment fails, no files are delivered and no money is deducted. If money was deducted but the order shows as failed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID from your bank statement.
Invoices
A tax invoice (PDF) is attached to your order email and available under My Account → Orders.
