Swirl Jaali Design for Laser Cutting Partition

Swirl jaali design panel for laser cutting, made for room partition, main gate and wall decor in Indian homes. This free jaali design has a repeating pattern of curly swirls and heart shapes in a tall rectangle panel, with a solid border all around.

Use it for room partition, pooja room door, balcony screen, gate grill, staircase railing or shop counter front. It cuts well on 6mm MDF board, plywood, acrylic sheet, and also on MS sheet or SS sheet with CNC plasma or fiber laser. Best size is 2x4 feet or 3x6 feet. For metal, keep it 1.5mm to 2mm thick so the small swirls stay strong. Paint it, give PU polish, or powder coat it, and put LED lights behind for a nice look.
