What formats do I get?+
CDR, PDF, SVG and DXF for every design unless the product page says otherwise.
Will it open in my software?+
CDR opens in CorelDRAW. DXF and SVG open in LightBurn, RDWorks, Inkscape, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, and most laser/CNC software. PDF opens anywhere.
Can I resize the design?+
Yes. The files are vector, so you can scale them without losing quality. Check that thin parts remain cuttable on your material.
Can I sell products I cut from these files?+
Yes, unlimited. You just can't sell or share the file itself.
Do I get a GST invoice?+
Yes, automatically. Add your GSTIN in your profile first.
I bought but didn't get the email.+
Check spam, then log in — files are in My Account → Downloads. Still stuck? WhatsApp us.
Can I get a refund?+
Only if the file is corrupt, doesn't match the preview, or wasn't delivered. See the Refund Policy.
Can I request a custom design?+
Yes — use the "Request a design" form. We'll quote you.
