About us

OutlineHub (outlinehub.co) is run by OutlineHub. We sell digital design files for laser cutting and CNC machines (CDR, PDF, SVG, DXF and preview images). By creating an account or buying from us you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give your real name, email, mobile number and address when you create an account. Keep your email account secure, because we send login codes to it. You are responsible for purchases made from your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and in US Dollars (USD) for other countries. Prices include GST where it applies, and the GST amount is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

If a price is shown wrongly because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

What you get (licence)

When you buy a design you get a personal and commercial licence to cut it: you may make and sell physical products (wood, acrylic, metal, MDF and so on) cut from the file, in any quantity.

You may not share, resell, upload, give away or publish the design files themselves, in their original or edited form, in any shop, group, website or file-sharing service. The files stay the property of OutlineHub.

Free designs follow the same rules unless their page says otherwise.

Downloads

Files are available to download from your account straight after payment. Please save a copy on your own computer. We try to keep downloads available, but we can't promise they will be available forever.

Checking the design before cutting

Each design page shows its size, file formats and a preview. Please test-cut on scrap material first: machines, materials and settings vary, and we are not responsible for wasted material or damage to machines.

Misuse

We may close accounts that share or resell our files, try to break into the site, or abuse refunds, and we may take legal action to protect our designs.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
