Swirl Jaali Design for Laser Cutting Partition

This is a swirl jaali design for laser cutting, made for gate, partition and wall panels. The full panel is filled with round curly swirls inside a solid black border, so it looks rich but stays strong.

Indians use this swirl jaali design for room partition, balcony railing, main gate panels, pooja room screens, shop fronts and false ceiling. It cuts well on 6mm MDF board, plywood, acrylic sheet, and on 1.5mm to 3mm MS or SS sheet with CNC plasma or fiber laser. It is a tall panel, so it works best at 2x4 feet or 3x6 feet. You can repeat the panel side by side for a full wall or gate. Finish it with PU polish, paint or powder coating as per your need.
